Not knowledgeable, not professional. Short story: hired them to perform maintenance. After continuous identical issues, I reached out to a different mechanic for a second opinion. New mechanic showed me how much they had neglected to actually accomplish and how much their service had created new problems (installed gasket incorrectly, left out a bushing, worn filter). The most unprofessional people I have dealt with in a while. Manny, who I suppose it the technician and also the owner, failed to show up yesterday, today, and then wants to call and say "let's try tomorrow." What?? The Office Manager, who also failed on her part to communicate information to me is at fault for this, and you all should not even operate business if coordinate or follow-through can't happen.
