Tldr; If you have any chronic pain or injuries, GO TO PT!! I couldn't recommend MORE more. Your speed of recovery will astound you once you start doing the right stuff and have the right support. It's a huge gift to have insurance that covers PT, you will be so glad you took advantage of it! The sooner you start the better, just take the leap!
