I recently used Dan as a mediator in a complex multi party case. Despite a horrible first session ( one defendant without adequate authority) Dan kept working behind the scenes. We eventually resolved the entire case, despite competing theories by multiple defendants and complex issues with multiple plaintiffs. Dan is a pro who "gets it" . I have already recommended him to other lawyers with cases in Ohio.
Dan helped me quickly settle an auto insurance claim I presented to him that was about to reach its statute of limitations. He was very responsive, had a great personality, was wonderful to work with, and helped me reach a settlement that was better than expected for both myself and my children.
