If I could give a zero, I would. As a board member, I receive numerous complaints regarding their lack of professionalism and failure to return calls. They inject themselves into board politics, take sides and perpetuate discord. I have never, in my 32 years in the world of business, encountered a more backward and rinky-dink outfit as this. Morbitzer Management, what a joke!! Our condominium recently changed over to morbitzer management. I called Monday April 18th because I have hornets getting through a vaulted ceiling window. They are in charge of pest control and the exterior of the building. (A pest getting in though the exterior of the building). I got Megans voicemail and left a message. New Owner and Mornitzer has not returned my calls.. how do we replace Mornitzer?
I lived at Daytona Beach Golf and Country Club Condos over 18 years. Morbitzer came back to manage us after being replaced by other management a little while before I was to sell my place. Not long after Tina's son Marcus Washington send me letters saying I was a month behind in HOA dues which he also sent to 2 other unit owners. I had records going back over 2 years with bank check copies but I could never make him admit he was wrong and he played stupid contradicting himself. This property management company is very weak in understanding Florida Statues, responding to emails, phone calls and just over all caring about your community. They can't keep anything straight, won't answer questions and just simply don't care. The turnover is outrageous, expect a new contact every few weeks so then the excuse becomes, "oh I am new and don't know". They send extremely unprofessional emails and are just rude. Keep searching for another company to represent your community.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you don't mind poor record keeping, ultra slow response times and a total lack of professionalism this is a good company for you.
Terrible!!! Worst ever!
SLOW in responding to requests, they recently took over our association and seem to be in no rush to get things together. When you ask questions you don't get answers, it is always "I will have to get back to you". They sure are great sales people but when the GM doesn't even have any urgency how can you expect the staff to. They definitely don't want to get their hands dirty!
WORST CONDO MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER - I lived in Oceans One Condo in Daytona Beach Shores for 3 years & have never been treated SO RUDELY. Tina Morbitzer & her staff will never give you a straight answer & are never helpful. Once my wife & I forgor our keys to our condo, I called Tina Morbid (for short) & she would not get anyone to come over to let us in. We had to get a room for $200 for the night.
