In a nutshell, Moran & Associates more than exceeded my expectations! I retained their firm to produce updated Florida estate planning documents, on somewhat short notice as I was travelling internationally and wanted updates before I left. Having relocated to Florida, my wife and I needed to update our Wills and other documents. We contacted Moran & Associates and scheduled a one hour consultation, which was free of charge. We met with Alex Vias and, after spending an hour with him, decided to proceed based on his patient, knowledgeable advice tailored to our specific needs. Alex provided us with an up- front fee schedule so we knew exactly what his services would cost. We are very pleased with Alex and Moran & Associates, and heartily recommend them.

Our experience with Kristi Pitts in updating wills and trusts was extremely satisfactory. Kristi was helpful in telling us about updates to durable power of attorney that had changed since we last updated our documents. Kristi was also helpful with advice on what to put into our trusts to avoid probate. The meeting was comfortable and very informative.
