Horrible customer service especially by the lady. She is nervous for no reason and starts screaming at you for 1 question. Talks badly about exiting customers. She doesn’t know how to treat people.
Horrible service! The lady has a very bad attitude. She doesn't want to explain or give a timeframe of when the job is going to be done. She's always giving the impression of being to busy to pay attention to what you are saying and can't even turn the tv on while talking to you. Also, more expensive than other places.
The lady almost always has a bad attitude and they never answer the phone. The husband seems to know what he's doing, he is more pleasant to deal with. I came here a few times to do some paperwork for a car we purchased and we never received the registration in the mail. Had to come in person and the lady extended the temporary registration TWO separate times before we had to come in again and the husband was able to call and verify that the registration was in place.
