Our sofa started collapsing after less than 6 months use and when we tried to get our money back they refused. They took it away and claimed it had been mended and said “this was not a major issue, and in no way affected the integrity of the sofa”. We disagreed but they still refused a refund.
We have purchased 2 couches in 2017 and 2 armchairs in 2019. All 4 pieces are excellent and we are very happy with them and the service we received when we purchased them. I recently contacted Morale about a broken chair leg, our fault, we love the chairs and rotate them regularly within our lounge which caused the issue. Angelo and his team promptly reacted and collected the chair. A new leg was fitted and the chair returned. A level of service above and beyond. I highly recommend this company.

There’s many beautiful stocks currently on sale. I bought a gorgeous lamp today bargain. Great customer service as well.
I have purchased quite a few pieces of furniture from Morale. They are the most friendliest people ever and so helpful. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else for furniture. Planning on returning soon.
