My husband transfered from the hospital to the Meridian in Temple. Our insurance gave us a choice of 10 facilities to choose from. I'm so glad we came to the Meridian. The nurses are wonderful. They made sure they understood my husband's medication needs and contacted one of the doctors for clarification. I have every confidence in the staff who are friendly and available. We chose Morada for my very social father-in-law because they have multiple activities every day of the week and the other residents are so warm & welcoming. Ashley the director has been so helpful throughout the moving process and beyond, she truly cares about the residents and it shows in her relationship with each and every one of them. Morada has the biggest floorplans and the most affordable rates, but the people and the service is what really made the decision for choosing an assisted living center an easy one.
We took my Mother to Morada through Embrace Hospice Tuesday, December 2nd so I could have a 5 day break. Mom suffers from dementia and we were called back to pick her up within less than 5 hours. I understand it was for Moms safety, but when I called the next day to see exactly what happened, the nice lady that helped admit her was very rude, as I was trying to ask questions about the whole terrible ordeal. The food is wonderful - especially thanks to Chef Hollywood! Tasty and creative menus, with special events and cookouts. He’s always willing to listen and open to suggestions, and he’s passionate about his craft!
My loved one had excellent care at skilled nursing/nursing home . Had same nursing staff the whole time.
