My mom has resided here for several years, and the service has steadily gone down. My mom’s apartment is infested with roaches. The food quality in the kitchen was once acceptable, but now it’s unreliable and mediocre. Lastly, my mom had a friend’s son come and walk her dog daily, and was told it was no longer allowed because of a ‘conflict of interest’ because he was the son of an employee.
