Purchased several furniture items from them last year with the extended warranty (table, 8 chairs, couch, recliner, coffee table, buffet and hutch). The first delivery attempt three items were damaged and had to be replaced; they tried 3 times to deliver broken furniture to us before we had to cancel two of the pieces. The table had a couple of very small nicks in it, but it wasn't a big deal and if things like that happen the extended warranty would cover it.
