Absolutely awful customer service. Melissa has been amazing but April and Mary are no help. Expect your card not to work and they take up to 7-14 days to get a new one when you’re not even able to get money out of an ATM. Refuse to overnight a new card even though it’s a recurring issue with your chip not working because they don’t want to spend $50. You can call and leave voicemails and April won’t return your calls. I've been with Mopac since I was 18, my dad brought me to join, because he had been a member for so long and loved the women there, however I was disappointed by the way I've been treated while trying to disputes some charges on my account. I've been in banking for almost 16 years, so going into your credit union and not be treated right is a bit disappointing:(
