I’ve owned two Moots bikes, and while the bikes themselves are great, the customer service has been a major disappointment. I reached out multiple times about an issue with my frame. I did get one response, but it didn’t address the problem, and after I followed up asking for help, I got nothing—no reply, no follow-up, just silence. At this price point, that’s unacceptable.
