Horrible customer service. Limited availability to actually speak with someone. Currently on an on line chat for the last 40 minutes with no resolution. Pkg 2 wks past expected delivery date with fed ex. Fed ex tells me to assume lost at this point (after 7 days from last tracking they can’t file in inquiry). Just want product purchased! Moose Jaw should sort this out since they picked fed ex and should be replacing my order!!
