Bought a $5400 Harman stove in Nov. 2023 started having problems right away. we paid them $125 to come out and tell us to clean the stove. it Worked for 3 days and we have to keep cleaning it every three days (even now). come to find out the door is warped or the stove is warped or maybe it just needs a gasket but you can see fire from outside of the stove around the door and you can stick a dollar bill in between the stove and the door and see it inside. the stove is only 4 months old It has a 2 year warranty they will not ... read more
I would think long and hard before I bought a stove from this place. We paid them $4500.00 by check with trade in on 10/10/2023 had it cleaned this June and I noticed that the burn pot looked funny so I took pictures and showed them and they come and looked at it. And they did get a new burn pot and replaced it. Then about a week ago I called them and said how long was the warranty. The late lady said 2 years bumper to bumper.
