I had a very bad experience, she was rude to me when I made minor mistakes on my injury forms, was completely disrespectful and unprofessional by continually telling me to correcting my posture (I was in a car accident and have a permanent neck injury which makes it hard to sit straight) and also took two hands and pushed down on the top of my head after I said my neck was fragile and in pain. I now will need to return to a specialized chiropractor as I think my neck has been injured worse. Not returning to this physio

I recently had a massage session with Sandra, and it was an outstanding experience. Due to the nature of my work, I experience back pain and muscle tension, but Sandra’s expertise made a remarkable difference. Terrible service for seniors in a care home. The physiotherapist stayed for a maximum of 15 minutes. And showed up 3 times in 45 days. Pretty terrible record. The physiotherapist had my mom do the same exercise every time. Only one! She was hired to help my mom gain strength after a hospital stay. And the bill! Charged for 45 minutes but only ever stayed for 15!!! Definitely won’t be recommending to anyone!!
