To whom it may interest and solve Messrs. Eileen Wirth and Stephanie L. Blackwell I have lived at Mend Apartments for over 10 years and there has never been more negligence in its management than now. I don't know if there has been any change in the management staff but if so, let me tell you this has been the worst. The new managers bounce their users' requests and complaints to junior staff and they, without being able to or knowing what to do, return the request to the user. If you get a newer Bug free apartment with new rugs you are very lucky. Otherwise if you get an apartment at the Creed apartments on Chester Ave you will battle Camel Cricket Infestation in your apartment. The attached pic are my new traps just changed 5 days ago. Look how many baby crickets are there! They grow to the size of the 2 adults and bigger. I find them everywhere in my kids rooms, closets and kitchen. Maintenance and management know and do nothing. 9 yrs ago I wasn't sure where I was going to live and then found here. What I've learned is many apts are old buildings that have been renovated so there are issues. Maintenance has always been quick to respond but sometimes need convincing that there is an issue.Yes every Spring and Fall Creed Apts hasa problem will camelback crickets but have always seen the exterminator out here within a week. I would definitely recommend staying with MEND
