Horrible........Customer service is terrible, that's if you can get someone on the phone that isn't to getto to understand. Probably get a mexican to answer the phone at best. Paid my estimate to the IRS, and they didn't file my 23 return. Called back to pay, and they told me they had to fire the owner's son Jaymes Moore...Not surprising, he dropped the ball at first before the owner took over his accounts.
