Purchased a Sofa Bed to only have it dropped on it's edge when delivered. We were given $150 off the $2.000 price because of the gash in the side. We used it again last night to find that the webbing is seriously short on straps at the head, and when laying down on it you feel like your on a trampoline when rolling over. I felt like I was imposing on them when I brought up the issue about the gash in the side and will not do battle with them again. For such a pricey item, very let down. Col Albert Bundaberg.
