We came and looked at bed and mattress combo due to our current bed is over 10 years old and due for a replacement. The geriatric lady that served us, looked at us like a deer in headlights when we asked about pocket spring mattresses and mattresses that have firmer side walls due to being a larger person, but her knowledge of mattresses was very poor.
