Christina Dao was great to deal with initially and then I'm not sure what happened but the response time to obtain our Title Insurance has been terrible. Nearly 8 months since we've purchased our home and we still do not have it.
Christina Dao at Moore Wittman Phillips was our real estate lawyer when we purchased our home. She was excellent to work with, timely, efficient, and a good communicator. We felt well taken care of throughout the process, and she made all the legalese easy to understand. I would highly recommend working with Christina!

I have been referred to Christina through my realtor for closing a property I sold. During the process, I found it really hard to reach out to the team and usually it took 2-3 days to get a response. On top of that, I had been asked to provide them my bank info and no other information was provided but from the time they got the money from the buyer till I got the money took them 7 days to have access my funds as they didn't even bother to get a certified cheque and deposit it into my account and this was not acceptable.
