Wao, yes, I paid $175 for a document that I needed for tax purposes. Request was made over the phone. I called to make a person appointment the date on the document was typed wrong and it needed to be corrected (office error) and also to explain the document. I waited a week the notarist was on vacation. Finally I saw her. Karen very polite and corrected the date and explained the document to me. She introduced me with the owner. Ms Barbara. I had the same experience as the other two reviewers. The owner was rude when I questioned being charged more than I was quoted. She reduced the price by a little bit and told me not to come back then did the sign of the cross in front of my face and told me to consider the discount a blessing. I was so shocked I didn't know what to do or say. I also left very upset.
