Janice Moore clearly cares passionately about her clients, both on the books already and those of us just enquiring. Thank you for the informative email advising how busy ‘the books’ are and thank you for your advice in care options. Above and beyond customer service levels in responding to a concerned mother after hours. Whilst I hope to not be in a position to need physiotherapy in the future, I am confident my concerns would be taken seriously and actioned by Janice and her team.
I came here for a pregnancy related reason today, sore pelvis and hips, Janice was incredibly lovely and accommodating, great advice, not pushy in anyway and I felt very comfortable with her knowledge and recommendations, one happy pregnant lady that will be sure to return! Thank you 🙌❤
Went here a while ago with a knee injury during marathon training. Did a great job to allow me to continue training and complete the marathon.
