RecommendedI recommend Dr Moore doing the surgery but the front office staff needs work. I tried on several occasions trying to reach Dr Moore or even one of her nurses in regards to a prescription she wrote out. I also tried reaching them awhile back when I was sick and needed confirmation on what I was able to take ( I was never able to reach anyone). Dr Rachel Moore is one of a handful of renowned surgeons doing the latest procedures in bariatric surgery. Add to this her kindness, caring and the followup within her practice and it speaks to YOUR SUCCESS. After weight loss surgery it really does take a village. I am honored to have been introduced to this amazing surgeon through one of the many ways Dr. Moore gives back to our community - The Weight Loss Surgery Foundation of America.

Dr. Moore just did sleeve surgery on me yesterday. Everything went so well that I must be dreaming! On the 1-10 pain scale, I am at 1 ! I wish I had this done sooner, and I would have if I had known how easy it was. Dr. Moore is the best! She is very professional and caring...perfect traits for a surgeon. The facility and the staff at Southern Surgical Hospital were wonderful. Dr. Moore' office people are experts at handling insurance. Worrying about cost should not be detrimental . I would do this again in a flash.
