This is the only business I’ve come across where you’re charged from the very second you dial their number. Based on my recent experience, there was little respect for customers or appreciation of their time. I found the service disappointing and would encourage others to carefully compare alternatives before choosing them. Based on my experience, they are definitely not be the best choice for someone starting a new business.
