I've been using Moore Hearing centers for 9 years and over those years I've purschased two sets of hearing aids and my wife one set. Like with anything, from time to time an issue arises. Dr Moore has always been there to resolve those issues. To both my wife and myself its the after purchase service that matters, he is the best.
I have been wearing hearing aids for years. Dr. Moore is absolutely the most knowledgeable audiologist I have ever seen. I recently upgraded my hearing aids at his suggestion and I’m astounded at the improvement in my hearing.
UPDATE February 25, 2025 Well, my older M90's finally died, and I needed new Sphere 90's. Doctor Greg Moore fitted me for, and ordered my replacement earmolds, explained that even you ears change shape, and using the same 10 year old earmolds would not be wise. New ones fit perfect, and he has programed the aids for me. The new Sphere 90's are quite a technology improvement. Dr. Moore as well as Wendy have been excellent to take care of me. Great customer service. Always friendly and willing to help my mother with her hearing aids. Wendy is awesome!!!
I was not a patient but they fixed my hearing aid right on the spot. Wendy is a gem. I highly recommend this practice.
