There is no communication at this company. I was 39 days past due on my account and they sent someone out to pick up my car even though I had made arrangements to pay an interest payment. They must be about to go out of business if they are that hard up for money. I have had an account with them for several years and think we have come to some kind of understanding and then again they screw up. They are bad news!
