A complete nightmare! The worst online shopping experience of my life was with Moooi New York. Delivery was delayed. When the lamp finally arrived it was disappointing because it seems like a cheap product. I have been trying to get the information for return, for two weeks but they refuse to answer me with return address and return forms. I am extremely angry with everyone I have communicated with, and with the lack of respect towards their clients. Unique and inspiring design
Not open on Friday before the holidays and no edit on google maps after we made a 2 hour journey just to get to this store…. Not fun

The gorgeous, unique, whimsical lighting and furniture are next level.
