It took me a long time to post my review, I thought with time I'd be less bothered about my experience but it still bothers me so I'm sharing my experience. On December 20th 2023 I paid $150 to meet with Dr. Joe for a consultation and to have my blood drawn in anticipation of doing HRT. During the appointment it was decided that Dr. Joe would not write the protocol/rx for my HRT until after my mammogram in January due to concerns he had. I can’t say enough about my facial from Merina at Moonstone. She was super attentive, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. My skin looks and feels amazing. Definitely a 10/10 experience!
This is a great place to go if you want someone to continually bring up their political views during each medical appointment, even after telling them you're not interested in talking about it. It's also great if you want someone to give you bad advice that you didn't ask for about your children's healthcare. The hormone treatment I received made my hair fall out and I started to grow a mustache. I can’t even express just how much every employee has impacted my life in such a positive and helpful manner. From the exceptional receptionists who are so educated, professional and friendly and they all touch you coming and going! I’ve used several life changing services and plan on many more. Dr. Joe is an artist at his craft of injecting lips and other areas of the face. Dr. Joe's bedside manner is exceptional, a true gentleman. Very knowledgeable and precise.
