I was an advid shopper with Moon's but today I saw Mrs. Moon treat a customer so poorly that I will no longer shop here. I witness this encounter first hand. The customer had an issue with a bracelet, she was very polite to Mrs. Moon but Mrs. Moon was very rude. She told her to shut up and leave the store several times. Will not shop here due to the way customers are treated.
Ms. Moon was highly unacceptable today! She treated a customer with so much disrespect and then continued to tell her to “shut your mouth and get out!” Im so disappointed in this store if this is how you treat your customers.
Went into this store to purchase wholesale jewelry in a large quantity. Never once did anyone offer to help me . However, every time I turn around I saw an older woman spying on me. A few minutes later that same woman went to the cashier and told her to take my personal purse and hold it in back of the cash register until I am finish shopping. In all my years of shopping in wholesale stores I have never incountered such racism.
