I got the deep tissue massage and it was wonderful. Mara's pressure was perfect. She focused on my shoulders which I told her where I was experiencing the most discomfort. I only got an hour but I will definitely get the 90 mins next time. I also like this facility because they have individual rooms, which allows you to relax more. Other places usually have the tables separated by curtains.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had (and I’ve had A LOT of massages) I went in because my body was really tweaked from and injury and when I left I felt 1000% better. It was like night and day. Mara listened to what I shared with her about what was hurting on my body and worked her magic. I’m a regular now!
It takes some trial and error to find the right person for you. Personally, Paula is my preferred masseuse. She understands the body without having to articulate tension points. I highly recommend her especially if you have injuries.
