I saw Tony for ongoing issues with my knee. He was very thorough and provided a much more hands-on approach that I was previously used to. I am now back running after 2 months off
I went to Moonee Valley Physio in Essendon and saw Tony Beecroft who fixed my nagging shoulder/tendon problem. He told me what my problem was straight away and showed me what needed to be done to fix it permanently. The massaging freed me up initially, but I feel it was the strengthening that fixed me overall. Highly recommended!
