My first, and probably the last time I will be using Moon for my formal needs. I went with Moon for my wedding and my 4 Groomsmen, and the experience was anything but seamless. Shoes not showing up when promised, minimal communication about arrival times for all different parts of the outfit, different colored vests for my guys (was told the photographer could crop it out), no cuff links, pants not fitting, and the list goes on. Terrible experience. Of the bridal party, only 1 fit correct. The others were so poorly put together, they fell apart at the seams, literally, and we had to take fabric tape to patch them back together before they were even worn. They weren’t properly measured, they didn’t give us the cuff links, communication was poor, and one tux didn’t arrive in time and we had to pick up the day before and delay the trip. Would not recommend.
We showed up last minute on Thursday for prom on Saturday! They were awesome! Got him fitted up. Had to hime his pants. Then drove them to Elizabethton to his school the next day to make sure they fit. Gavin was top notch. Definitely would 10/10 recommend to anyone!
My son chose Moon Tuxedo to suit his groomsmen for his wedding. Not only were the majority of the garments inaccurate when they went to pick them up the first time, they didn’t fit after final pickup (pictures posted). I went in to address my concerns with the manager, who acted like there wasn’t a problem, only to be told that she couldn’t discuss it with me since I was the mother. Our experience with Moon has been awful. Our son was measured for prom by an extremely unprofessional employee who was on her phone during the entire process. When we returned to do the "Follow-up fitting" three days before Prom, the place was packed with at least a dozen young men, all of whom had their tuxedo tailored incorrectly.
