If I could review no stars I would. This was by far the WORST experience I've ever had getting a massage if you can call it that. The ENTIRE time the person "massaging" me was texting and using her phone in one hand. And then the other she used her elbow to do circle motions over my back. 60 mintute remedial massage. Unhygienic and I left feeling dirty. A heavily used towel soaked in oil when it should have been fresh, and the disposable sheet I was laying on felt oily and used. The face cushion is so worn that your face is directly on the wood and it is painful no matter how much you reposition it and they need to be replaced. I wasn't asked if the pressure was ok or if they can use the tiger balm oil on me which I prefer not to have and would have liked to have been asked. Me and my partner went in for a massage today, I had the masseuse named Francis and we are unsure of the name of the masseuse that my partner had. The massage I had from Francis was amazing, however my partners massage wasn’t as great. My partners massage consisted of her masseuse clawing nails into her back, neck and face, we will be back to see Francis but not the other masseuse unfortunately. I recommend booking in advance and requesting Francis.
Francis is absolutely amazing! 🤩
Hated every second she was very rough with me after I said stop not calming I walked out with a headache NEVER AGAIN
