Dreadful language barrier with workers. Drowned me in oil lightly rubbed their forearm on me for 30 minutes. Weird music and a lot of noise from the outside of the shop. Not relaxing at all. Used old weathered cups that made cracking noises when they were being pumped for the cupping that barely created any suction at all. Told me I had big purple marks all over me after then when I got home and checked there were no marks on me. Spend an extra $30 and go to chi body care at the other side of the shopping centre. Horrible. I booked in for a head, neck and shoulders massage for $50. At the end I was charged $75 and argued with when I questioned it. She wasn't the best masseuse either! Told her I won't be going back and she laughed. Had to give 1 star to rate. Should be no stars
My client had an appointment booked for 9:30am and when we arrived it was closed!! So we went somewhere else.
If I could review no stars I would. This was by far the WORST experience I've ever had getting a massage if you can call it that. The ENTIRE time the person "massaging" me was texting and using her phone in one hand. And then the other she used her elbow to do circle motions over my back. 60 mintute remedial massage. I finished and went to the front desk and asked her point blank if she felt it was acceptable to be using her phone whilst someone was half naked in a room and paying for a service she quiet obviously wasn't giv... read more
