I had a truly awful experience at this spa. I had booked an appointment three days in advance specifically with Dee, only to arrive and be told that she had taken on another client. I was offered the option to either wait 30 minutes or go with another masseuse, Anna. I reluctantly agreed to go ahead with Anna, but just 5 minutes into the massage, she left the room with the door wide open to deal with a loud disagreement happening at reception with another dissatisfied customer. 1 Star - Deeply Disappointing and Distressing Experience This was my second time having issues with my appointment at Moon Thai Massage, but unfortunately, this visit was by far the worst. I had specifically booked a session with a particular masseuse, only to arrive and find out she had taken on another client at my scheduled time. Visited today for the first time. Received a deep tissue hot oil massage, and it was absolutely lovely. The lady who gave me my massage was friendly as well as the lady on the desk. Cute little after touch was a bottle of water, an after eight mint, and a sweet. I was given plenty of time to get dressed. Would definitely return
