A straightforward QDRO took them two months to produce. During that time, they were unresponsive and indifferent to schedule. The final result was acceptable aside from getting the plan administrator incorrect on one 401k. They have few competitors so you may be stuck with them. Expect that you will get the QDROs when you get them and you will not be provided any status updates along the way.
The don't return phone calls to update on their progress
I was given a lawyer Jan. Who took my case promised me she would help me. I gave her all the material she billed me and RETIRED in a few months. Awful to give me to James who took much billing hours and time to learn my case. Looking back on it I feel slightly scammed.

My QDRO report was prepared by John Madden. First he got the math wrong, so apparently he does not know how to use a calculator. Here is an exact calculation of Mr. Madden that he included in my Report: (14.153 x 50% = 7.077 – 1.0 = 6.077 ÷ 100 = 42.93%) Second, he did not read the court ordered division of property and he gave my rights to my ex.
