Top notch, aqua therapy really helped me out with my knee injury.
Employees bad mouth patients & discuss their medical issues in front of you, within earshot. The guy who works behind the front desk (the owner?) also engages in the same unprofessional behavior. When I brought this up, I was asked "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" This left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will never come back to this particular clinic.
The staff at Moon are very knowledgeable concerning all aspects of muscle building and pain relief. I appreciate their friendliness as I enjoy conversing with them thru my exercises. I am now using their recommended exercise in our community swimming pool. I get a great workout. I find water a great medium for physical therapy.
Very professional and helpful staff, Everyone was friendly and helped through the physical Therapy process. The appointment scheduling was easy and appointment reminders were timely and effective.
Super excited with how I feel. Moon PT is terrific! If you commit to the plan, and are consistent, you will recover and feel great. I totally recommend. Great people. Great facility. Results!
