This was a great company until it was sold a few weeks ago. Now they miss appointments, IF they show up it's hours too early with no calls to notify you of either situation. There's so much more I could say, too many examples of INCOMPETENCE for me to type on here. The "new" company is unprofessional, rude, incompetent and will not admit their mistakes to say the very least. In a word...a very fitting word...GARBAGE!

Since brian sold it, I've hemad this new company. An illiterate group of a bunch of new people that has no idea what their doing. Made me miss my weekly visit to the clinic and they won't do anything for 3 days even though I sat up for hours watching for them like I always do. They lied and said the driver showed up and he DID NOT. I'm about to take the video of the driveway at the time he said he was here and mail them the footage. Yess been with Moody's transportation for yrs apparently answered to a yes we are " new co. For Moody's" but My Ride does not show called talk to office 1 said try to get back in tom or next day rescheduled called back apparently talk to another "answer the phone" gal who tells me different then basically Hangs UP!! ONE BEFORE FINISHED! I understand CHANGE has to work it's way around ,but DONT BE SO RUDE!
