Dealing with collections is never fun, but this firm treats people with respect. I can call and speak with a person without navigating endless phone menus. They are professional, caring, and gracious, promptly returning my emails. This makes it easier to make payments when the process is made as pleasant as possible.
I was contacted by Stacey not knowing the one of my collections was in their hands. I thought that it was going through a Credit Company who was supposed to be helping me get it paid. However, it was not. Stacey took her time and explained everything to me and we worked out what was best for us and our current financial situation.
This company was a debt collector on behalf of Ford Motor vehicles they were a class act I dealt with two of their representatives in the beginning, it was Robbin. Very nice woman. She helped me through the whole process in the very end. It was another woman named Stacy equally as nice. The company treated me very fair. I appreciate their help through the whole process. Thank you.
