Beatrice helped me replace my debit card. She went above and beyond for me and brightened my day! She is very knowledgeable and productive. Everyone at this bank is helpful and friendly. I have never had problems with Moody Bank.
This bank did not tell you when you opened a new account that it would charge you monthly service charges. Normally, debit cards do not charge any service fees. This is very bad.
This is a great Bank! They are personable, knowledgeable and will help you with any needs. Norma, of course, is great. She helped us get our CDs and was very knowledgeable. I called today and was needing a couple of my statements that I had lost. Sylvia was an excellent resource and had him emailed to me very quickly. Thank you Sylvia for going above and beyond on your job. Can't say enough about Moody Bank. If anyone's looking for a a bank that treats you like a person. Check out Moody Bank.
We have been banking with this branch for awhile now and every transaction is a positive one. Definitely 5 stars, customer service is always above and beyond.
Extremely unhappy I've dealt with this bank for over a year and always had good service.That being said,I'm back in PA and wanted to keep a few dollars here for when I travel back and forth I did a mobile dep on June 28 th, cleared my PA bank on June 29th and as if July 5th still not in my available balance. Very poor mobile service.
