I started coming here last year to prepare for my first marathon. I love the infrared sauna after a long run or intense workout. This most recent massage with Alessandra was the best yet. Alessandra gave just the right amount of pressure and listened to me when I shared about my tense shoulders and other recent injuries. I had the best nights sleep AND my injury felt almost 100% the next day. I will be back and highly recommend Alessandra!
Visited Mood House for the first time today and was so impressed! I had an amazing signature massage with Nance and enjoyed the Infrared sauna afterwards. It was therapeutic and relaxing at the same time. The massage was one of the best I've ever had! All the team members were friendly, polite and helpful! Great quality for the price. I'll be back and highly recommend !!

This place is absolutely the best. Always spotless, smells amazing, and the staff are all so kind. I’ve done a few deep tissue massages with Henry, and every time it gets better. Would absolutely recommend Mood House and Henry to anyone.
