It has been almost one year since my father passed. Repeated calling and the customer reps always say the same thing that they have everything they need. After paying on an insurance policy for over 40 years, the time to collect is here and these people have been stonewalling and foot-dragging for weeks. Stay as far away as possible from this awful company. Their "customer service" dept. (when you can get a human) is a joke that exists only to mollify you with useless, empty promises about "action" on your account while MONY collects interest on the money they owe you. Time to call the Jefferson Co. Attorney Gen'ls office....

I have spent hours of time trying to get our Surrender Request form. The customer service people are HORRIBLE. They are of no use! When "AL" (Supposedly). No lie, this is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. PLEASE see the reviews! We surrendered our policy and they sent a surrender request but we could contact NO ONE who knew what the form was and how to fill out all 4 pages.
I am unable to contact customer service, keep getting dumped into a promotion blurb. Company is extremely difficult to deal with. Tax forms not available on line, as of 2/4 no tax dividend received by mail. This is an ongoing problem. Would never recommend this company.
