I have called this company for the last five years about my mother and father‘s life insurance policy. Every time I call I’m hung up, or someone answers that has no answer and transfers your call! You cannot get a live person on the phone!!!!!!!This whole company is a damn scam!!!!! My parents worked their entire life to pay this policy and no one calls you back!! You should be ASHAMED of yourself MONY LIFE INSURANCE!!
It has been almost one year since my father passed. Repeated calling and the customer reps always say the same thing that they have everything they need. Your claim specialist will never speak to you on the phone. Everything is done through emails and letters. After paying on an insurance policy for over 40 years, the time to collect is here and these people have been stonewalling and foot-dragging for weeks. Stay as far away as possible from this awful company. Their "customer service" dept. (when you can get a human) is a joke that exists only to mollify you with useless, empty promises about "action" on your account while MONY collects interest on the money they owe you. Time to call the Jefferson Co. Attorney Gen'ls office....

I have spent hours of time trying to get our Surrender Request form. The customer service people are HORRIBLE. They are of no use! When "AL" (Supposedly). No lie, this is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. PLEASE see the reviews! We surrendered our policy and they sent a surrender request but we could contact NO ONE who knew what the form was and how to fill out all 4 pages.
