I usually have successful interactions with everyone at this company. The older lady that answers the phone is THE RUDEST MOST UNPERFESSIONAL PERSON & should be fired! Her name begins with I...Time to look for another company!
As a paralegal, I have been using MPS since 2015. I even started at another firm in 2019, convinced the owner to give them a shot, and she's absolutely thrilled with them. These other reviews stating they overcharge are ridiculous. I once had an invoice from another company for over $500 for a job where they didn't get the job done. MPS gets the job done! Stephen is absolutely awesome, Matt is THE MAN, and Ida is a gem to work with. I love MPS
As a client who uses process servers often THIS COMPANY PREFORMED ILLEGAL SERVICE. A POST IT note was left as "service" and then server refused to provide full identification or paper worked when phoned. NEVER hire this company they are acting illegally.
