Nice place, well kept parking lot and grass area's
The townhome is nice enough but only move here if you plan on being here for only a year. If you plan on living there longer be ready each year for an $80-100 rent increase attached to a "sob story" note talking about due to inflation the owner isn't making enough money and has to raise the price again.
Very friendly place to live, people are nice and welcoming. Almost everyone has a pet which is cool. Most units come with a garage which is great for anytime. They also offer garages for rent away from the town homes.
