Daryl and his team did a phenomenal job securing our mortgage. Their expertise turned what could have been a stressful process into a completely streamlined experience. We worked with Monument in 2023 and unfortunately had a very negative experience. The broker miscalculated our debt vs. mortgage proceeds by approximately $57,000, leaving us with a serious financial shortfall that we only discovered at the lawyer’s office when signing final documents.
