We were referred to Daryl and Monument by a family member who has done business with him previously. He responded quickly, was very thorough in his assessment of our needs. And the possible lenders that could help us. Within 2 weeks, we were approved and shortly thereafter, organized with a lawyer and bank rep to sign off everything virtually as we were out of town. Excellent service and would definitely recommend
A excellent experience with Daryl to get me a great mortgage rate and a new lender . There were lots of hoops to jump through but it was all worth it .
Poor communication. If you are looking to get things done ensure you have months to do so. Waited over a week to hear back after filling out something we were asked to do. I had to email again to find out if they were going to help us. The following week he asked to send us some documents and we did and then never heard back again. Went to another mortgage broker and had answers within a few days..
Monument Mortgages were excellent to deal with. They were accommodating and patient with our many questions and changes to our scheduling. I recommend the team at Monument!
