I called this place and spoke with a woman who did not identify herself, although I assume she was the receptionist. I spoke to her in fluent English, but I politely asked if she or anyone there spoke Spanish because my mother was next to me and she is a Spanish speaker. I completely understand that no one is required to speak Spanish, and that was never the issue. What was very disappointing was the immediate change in her attitude after I asked.
