Great staff, the place to be. Under new management

My mother is a resident there. I absolutely love and trust the staff. They are really great with my mom.
We recently made the decision for my mom to move to Monument Hill since she was progressively needing more care. Monument Hill is an answer to our prayers! Within her first week here, her health and spirits improved beyond what we could ever expect. The Director of Admissions, Emily Bellue-Scott, and Business Officer Manager, Jerrie Jones, both made the whole registration process seamless for us during a time that is very confusing. Having had quite a bit of experience with caregiving, nursing facilities, hospitals, and patient care, I can say without hesitation that Monument Hill far exceeds what is considered acceptable care. The facility itself is secure, clean and welcoming. The staff is professional, caring and accessible, making their residents feel truly cared for.
