We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference. Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

Having had quite a bit of experience with caregiving, nursing facilities, hospitals, and patient care, I can say without hesitation that Monument Hill far exceeds what is considered acceptable care. The facility itself is secure, clean and welcoming. The staff is professional, caring and accessible, making their residents feel truly cared for. Monument Hill has been an excellent choice for my sister. The therapists have gone above and beyond while treating her. The staff are very caring and supportive. From the administration to the nurses and aides we have been very satisfied with their attention to the residents.
