Had an appointment and paid for everything. I asked them when I made final payment that nothing more was owed. They said yes all paid for. Paid out of pocket with no insurance. Then got a bill from monument that I owed them $900 more. Talked with the office they said it was a mistake and they would fix it. No I get a notification from monument collections saying I owe more. They violated the "surprise billing act" Charged for shots not received. When I contacted them they sent me to the billing service WAIT line. Never trust... read more
I would avoid getting Pre employment drug test done here! The personnel does not know how to fill out the paperwork properly.
Very pleasant and professional staff. I would say it was very comfortable visit.
Amazing customer service I was seen quickly by an attentive doctor with a great sense of humor. My issues were addressed, Monument has made great changes.
