I've had a good experience with this place in the past, but this year was terrible. I have always worked with Mandy, as have some of my family members, but this year she stopped communicating with me basically the day my taxes were due. I was told she was filing for an extension and then never heard from her again. A month has gone by and still nothing. I called the office several times only to be told by a receptionist that Mandy wasn't there and she'd get back to me; but she never did. Now my taxes are not only a month lat... read more
Mandy does a great job! We have a small business as well as our regualr income and I feel confident that she is getting us the maximum refund! This was our 3rd year and we will be back again next year.
