Not very good. I tried this place twice. The first time I caught a mistake (later attributed to computer application being old) which would be an expensive error. Second time, his wife oddly took me by my arm to sit which was painful after an injury, and ignored the questions I wanted to ask Bruce before signing. I had booked that appointment but no questions answered.
