I agree with other clients about the lack of communication during the process of my case. They never called me during my case until there was a deadline and did not keep me informed. But I am giving them three stars because they got the work done. Just wish the would stay in contact and keep me updated on what's going on.
It's sad when employees have to give their employer 5 star ratings to make them seem better than they truly are. The responses to the one star ratings from REAL clients show the lack of attention to detail. The response is very poorly worded, and repetitive, and clearly reflects a failure to effectively communicate with clients. There are plenty of places that can do the work at a more reasonable price and with better communication with clients.
