Staffing at the facility is a huge issue, we moved in, had a lot of questions and things that needed to be addressed, no maintenance on staff so we were consistently told they were putting on a list and ended up fixing several of the issues ourselves. We were given a handbook when we signed the contract, however; it would've been nice if there was a bullet point list left in the apartment that gave us the times of operation of the food service, who to contact when we had issues with the apartment (which were many) I also agr... read more
My sister really likes it but I have issues with the maintenance I asked the bathroom mirror to be hung up and the kitchen cabinets to be looked at no one had gotten back to us about it I even left a note

When I walked into Montvale, for the first time, I had tears in my eyes. The place was so beautiful, bright, welcoming, and just felt alive. Moving my mother, there was the best thing we could have done. It has changed her mood her outlook on life, and her overall general well-being. Bree the sales coordinator was amazing and made sure my mother had everything she needed prior to coming in and after moving in.
