Montvale is much nicer to live in then Brenden Gardens, restaurant open all day. I don’t like Brenden Gardens policy of eating at 8 , 12 , and 5 , if you can’t eat at those times you don’t eat
They have bedbugs bad. No security after 6. They post all these pictures on Facebook as a show. Don’t fall for it. Read the previous comment from a year ago about the bedbugs THEY ARE STILL THERE
Montvale was great. Everything that was discussed with my dad’s apartment and monthly rent was spot on. The staff is great they work hard to make the community can come together and socialize the then just dinners. The apartments are great size. The and availability to get something to eat from 7 am to 7 pm is awesome for those late risers. I would recommend Montvale Senior Living to anyone I know that is looking for senior apartment.
