I love this place! I’m constantly in here for work, and the staff goes above and beyond for the residents! The residents are also fun loving and love to be active! I love this community!
Montvale is a great place to live, relax, enjoy life.
Staffing at the facility is a huge issue, we moved in, had a lot of questions and things that needed to be addressed, no maintenance on staff so we were consistently told they were putting on a list and ended up fixing several of the issues ourselves. We were given a handbook when we signed the contract, however; it would've been nice if there was a bullet point list left in the apartment that gave us the times of operation of the food service, who to contact when we had issues with the apartment (which were many) I also agr... read more
My sister really likes it but I have issues with the maintenance I asked the bathroom mirror to be hung up and the kitchen cabinets to be looked at no one had gotten back to us about it I even left a note
